Thank you - Jim Stateczny - Museum Curator Accomplishments: Served on First CASI Board of Directors and a CASI, Inc. director. One of the first Directors on the CASI Board was Judie King, who served from 1979-1985. Judie’s Terlingua Tamers Chili won her many awards including 1983 Mexico International Champion, 1984 Texas Ladies State Champion, 5th Place at TICC in 1986, followed by 7th Place at TICC in 1993. Judie was posthumously named as CASI Chilihead of the Year in 1997. She served as Ray’s right-hand woman until her untimely death in 1997. |
